FAQ

Still got questions?

Do I need prior experience with Flow Rope?
Nope. This course starts from the beginning with the foundational patterns and progresses at a pace that allows everyone to learn and improve. By the time you finish the course, your friends will think you're an expert!

What kind of rope do I need?
Any soft, lightweight rope will work. Ideally the rope is 8-9ft long, weighs 1.2-1.4lbs, and is made of a durable material. If the rope is too light, you won't feel the momentum. If it's too heavy, you won't be able to swing it easily overhead.

How long will it take to complete the course?
The course is 8 weeks long, but you have lifetime access to learn and practice at your own pace. New swings are introduced every other day, which gives you time to learn foundational patterns before layering on new ones.

Is this course just for athletes?
Not at all! While athletes can benefit greatly, this course is for anyone who wants to move better, feel better, and enjoy life more fully.
